Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?+
You can order through our online shop, via WhatsApp (0717 200 956), or by filling in our contact form. WhatsApp is the fastest way to confirm availability before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept M-Pesa (preferred), Visa and Mastercard, and Bank Transfer for large orders. After M-Pesa payment, send the confirmation message to our WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I pay on delivery?+
Currently all orders require full payment before dispatch. We confirm part availability and process your order immediately after payment is received.
How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?+
The best way is to provide your chassis number (VIN) when ordering. You can also provide your vehicle’s year, make, model and engine size. Our team will confirm compatibility before you pay.
Delivery
How fast do you deliver in Nairobi?+
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM in select Nairobi areas, and next-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM across Nairobi.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?+
Yes โ we deliver countrywide across Kenya. Upcountry delivery typically takes 2โ5 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched we send confirmation and tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS. For real-time updates message us on WhatsApp (0717 200 956) with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos to initiate a return.
What if you send the wrong part?+
If we send the wrong part we will exchange it at no cost to you. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with photos and your order number. We arrange collection and dispatch the correct part as priority.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days of receiving the returned item via the original payment method. M-Pesa refunds typically reflect within 24โ48 hours of processing.
Parts & Products
Do you stock genuine OEM parts or aftermarket?+
We stock both genuine OEM parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Product listings indicate which type. We can advise on the best option for your budget and needs.
Can you help me diagnose my car problem?+
Yes โ this is one of our core services. Chat with us on WhatsApp and describe your symptoms. Our team will help identify the likely cause and recommend the right parts โ free of charge.
What car makes do you support?+
We stock parts for all major makes in Kenya including Toyota, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Nissan, Subaru, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Land Rover, Infiniti and more. Contact us if your make isn’t listed โ we often source parts on request.
Do you offer warranty on parts?+
OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Aftermarket parts carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, normal wear, or accident damage.
