01 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SafariSpares website at safarispares.co.ke and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
SafariSpares reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.
02 Products & Pricing
All prices on safarispares.co.ke are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
SafariSpares offers both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Product descriptions clearly indicate whether a part is OEM or aftermarket.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Sale prices are valid for the period stated and while stocks last
- Product images are for illustration — actual products may vary slightly
- We recommend verifying fitment with your vehicle details before ordering
03 Orders & Payment
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
Accepted payment methods:
- M-Pesa (preferred for Kenyan customers)
- Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- Bank transfer (for large or bulk orders)
04 Delivery
SafariSpares delivers to Nairobi and across Kenya. Delivery timeframes and costs vary by location:
- Same-day delivery — available within select Nairobi areas for orders before 11:00 AM
- Next-day delivery — available across Nairobi for orders before 3:00 PM
- Upcountry delivery — 2–5 business days depending on location
SafariSpares is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
05 Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

06 Warranty
OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Aftermarket parts carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or parts modified from their original condition.
07 Limitation of Liability
SafariSpares strongly recommends verifying part compatibility with your specific vehicle before installation. SafariSpares shall not be liable for any damage to your vehicle resulting from incorrect part fitment, labour costs, loss of use, or any indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
08 Privacy & Data
SafariSpares collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing customer service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
By placing an order you consent to us contacting you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your order status and, occasionally, new products and offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
